Sushi without a doubt - light, fresh yet filling.
Indian close second - warming, comforting, flavoursome.
Mexican - exciting
then
Thai, Pizza, Fish 'n' Chips equal
Chinese last - bland, tasteless & hollow

I would have to choose Thai. I went to this restaurant in Chelsea London recently and really got a huge surprise. The food was excellent, spicy but not hot and a real distinctive flavour to everything. Plus venue and service was great, an added plus i assume.

Got to be Chinese. I have travelled to China on a number of occasions, and the range of food is amazing. In beijing, there is a fish dish that is coated in sweet batter and dipped in a golden sauce. It can be hot and spicy (Hunan provice) or warm and filling (Northern areas).
