I love kimchee! I've been having the biggest craving for Korean food, but there's not really a good place in my area. :-(

Growing up in San Francisco, you get to taste (and be exposed) to almost every possible cuisine, Kimchee is sold in stores in China Town, and other Asian Stores through-out San Francisco. Try looking for it on a San Francisco grocery website using yellowpages.com

Yes and it is wonderful
It is a Korean side-dish of spicey, hot cabbage .
I used to live in Hawaii and there is a saying there that is used when you do something that could get you into trouble.
The saying goes like this :

"If you do that you'll be deep Kim-chee !"

I have it whenever I go to a Korean restaurant. My lover is Japanese, so we go to Japanese restaurants more often, or she cooks, but ther are Korean restaurants in Japantown in San Francisco, and we try them occasionally. Miyuki says kimchee is hot for her, but it's OK to me.

Yes I've eaten it but it is to 'pickled' for my tastes. A lot of vinegar in it! But to each his own, right?
