Here's something easy that people always seem to like:

Cream Cheese Pinwheels:
6-8 Large Soft Tortillas
2 Blocks of Philly Cream Cheese
1 Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Party Dip
! red pepper, diced
1 bunch of green onions, chopped

Combine all ingredients (except tortillas) in a bowl and spread thinly on each tortilla. Roll up tightly and wrap each filled tortilla in plastic wrap and refridgerate for a few hours. Just before the picnic, unwrap each tortilla and slice into 1 inch pieces and arrange on a serving platter. You can also make the cream cheese mixture the night before and refridgerate to save time.

Good luck! :-)

What about pasta salad? Just mix pasta with some Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing and dice up any veggies you'd like it in. Usually cucumbers and olives work best I think. Sometimes peppers are good too because they add color, or little tomatoes. . .whatever you like. . .Sprinkle the top with some cheese and you're done. Easy, and great for a picnic.

i'm nonetheless attempting to confirm why anybody on your church figured this "incident" substitute into any of their company interior the 1st place, much less their choose for a majority of those apologies. Why did no longer anybody pay attention on your sister? She substitute into an eyewitness as to what handed off. on an identical time as brawling is to be discouranged, protecting the greater youthful woman's honor is quite a distinctive count. Frankly, the only guy or woman who needs to show regret is Joe. Is the church threatening to solid HIM out of the congregation, too? Regardless no count in the adventure that your movements have been justified or no longer, in basic terms because of the fact the incident handed off on the church's picnic would not recommend the church has any "rights" over what ocurred. It substitute into "outdoors" of their jurisdiction. If I have been you, i might surely call the police and record a document with them approximately what handed off, because you have been assaulted by applying Joe, that's against the regulation. i'm uncertain as to what your mum and dad think of of all this. you're saying the individuals of the church have been livid, yet you do no longer say in the adventure that your mum and dad have been, additionally. you're actually not a minor to any extent further. in case you have been my toddler, i might positioned a gold star around your neck and bake a cake to have fun! Pardon me.... As on your church elders, I nonetheless do no longer see the place that's ANY of their company! Joe could show regret to everybody, he substitute into the instigator of the placement. All substitute into going properly, as you mentioned, till he confirmed up. The church could assume an apology from him for treating their picnic like a barroom. If I have been you, i does no longer even seem on the assembly, and start up off searching for yet another church. Have a polite day.

buy some large flour tortillas and spread mayo on them, then deli meat, then cheese, and some sprouts, anything you like... and then spread some mustard, oil vinnegar, and salt& pepper, to your taste. Then roll it up in a log, quite tightly... put in the fridge overnight. Beofre you go to the picknick, cut pieces of 1/2 inch like sandwiches... arrange them tightly flat down in a tray and build upon them until done. They'll be a hit!
And, have fun!

make sandwiches and cut them in quarters. Use differant meats, even if they don't eat them all, you can always take them home and feed the kids with the leftovers. Make a small tray this time. Or take strawberries and some kind of dip.

Deviled eggs ALWAYS seem to be a hit - just don't make the mistake of using too much mayo or they'll just go to waste. Also good to set them on a bag of ice to keep them cool. Fudge cake seems to be one of first deserts to vanish, too.
