Go to the Emergency Room!!!! Please do not wait. If you are having a circulatory problem to the foot as a result of the heart cath it could be serious and the sooner it is fixed the better. This could be caused by a variety of options - such as blood clot or hemorrhage in femoral artery with insufficient circulation to foot.
Maybe you just have a sore ankle or foot for some other reason, but it is better safe than sorry. I've had a heart cath years ago and no problems like this.

I know that when I had my heart cath this did not happen to me so if I was you I would go to my doctor and tell him/her what is going on because one of the side effects that can happen after this or any other surgery is a blood clot and they can be very serious

The hospital should have gave you a list of things to do call your doctor and talk with a nurse tonight or first thing in the morning. you should have done this when it first started. No one can tell you except the doctor that has you records

NO, report it to your doctor immediately. It may be unrelated but get it checked anyway.
