I got the answer that he is clean, but he has lied about even going to the doctor, are the ways around finding out?

he has lied and told me his results were clean and I found a RX to a medicine called Zovirax, I looked that up and its for herpes, I have been tested and have negative results, but I am concerned getting back with him, herpes never goes away correct?

The thing is that Zovirax is also used for Herpes Simplex 1, which is the ones that appear on your mouth. So if you havent seen any around his mouth, then you know where they are. Why do you want to get back with him and risk getting herpes? There is no cure and during chilbirth it can be passed to your baby. It never goes away. If he was positve I believe the state would require for you to be informed, but if he didnt give them your name then they cant contact you. If I was you though to be on the safe side I would have an STD check for everything else.

Just come out and u tell him that u found some medicine he was taking and u are concern if u need to go to the doctor. If he still lies about it make an appointment anyway and u tell him u already know the truth about the situation. He will tell u the truth then i bet. And say will will leave if he doesn't be honest with u a relationship is build-ed on trust not lies.

No there are no ways of finding out personal information.
If you are worried then get yourself tested. That way you have peace of mind. I would also suggest that you have a serious talk with your partner. I dont think lying about things so serious as STD's or doctors is a very good way to have a relationship.
The other concern I have.... is that your partner is being tested.... which means he thinks he has caught an STD somewhere? Doesthat mean he has been unfaithful to you also, apart from lying??

Sorry 2 hear that. I made my bf get a full STD blood test done. All his results came to be negative. I believed him b/c he wouldnt lie to me. However, I still asked him straight out i wanted to see the results. we both went 2 the dr. office and i got the copy of his results. He was not lieing. Your partner is not good news. Once you get STD's u r stuck with it so make sure u get yourself checked out. One of the ways also to see if he has it is if he has an outbreak. if u decide to stay with him make sure u always look down there on his penis. If u see any time of redness or/and blisters. Then his got it.

You won't be able to find out for sure because of confidentiality....so, you will have to choose to believe him or not. However, finding that prescription is a bit suspect. Yes, herpes is a viral std and is not curable. You can even contract it from him even when he isn't having an outbreak so decided for yourself if he is worth the risk.

The only way is to ask him because of hippa rules the doctor or hospital cannot give up that info to u it is against the law.

you could go to his doctor, or hire a lawyer because doctors don't usually release information. the lawyer could ensure the truth and confedentiality of medical papers.

tell him that you just want to check with the doctor about his results because even though he feels that you should trust him, its about your life too
