Is it possible to spread disease (STD or other) through dried semen on sheets, pillows, or clothes?

I have been pretty paranoid about this. How long is semen able to be infectious when outside the body? Is it always infectious or will the disease/virus eventually die?

NO, but you can get crabs and scabies from infected bedding.

std such as hiv are not able to survive outside body hence there is no need of fear from contracting from dried stuff
