m&m took over i guess......but the usual m&m is good not the peanut ver. ......the outing of smarties is a bit hard compared to m&m...n the choc(smarties) is not tht smooth....m&m wins i guess ....

M&Ms are nice and thick, but the chocolate isn't as good as the chocolate used in Smarties. That said, the only compromise is to pick Peanut Butter M&Ms.

Definetely the M&Ms. Especially because they're a favorite for everyone. Mostly kids eat smarties.

Smarties stink!
I always thought they were a "cop-out" candy at Halloween...I was shocked to learn anyone even liked those!

I have enjoyed m & m's. Really enjoy the peanut variety too.
Smarties I like to use when I bake cookies, which is not to
often. So m&m's are my favorite
