Baked potato's are great. Coming up with alot of vegetarian options making stuff with soy burger meat. There are endless possibilities so it teaches me crucial stuff now while I'm young so I wont be screwed when I'm older.

1. Any Indian food (vegetarian , of course!)
2. steamed veggies
3. barley and peas ( cook the barley in vegetable broth, not water)
4. Chinese food
5. any homemade veggie soup or ragout with cheese and homemade bread

cheese sandwich. it's very simple. one or two pieces of bread and some sandwich cheese, normally one slice. maybe some ketchup.

green beans and mashed potatoes. or fried and baked potatoes ( if you can not add milk or butter.). corn or vegetable soup are good too. salad also because you can add vegetables or fruit. yum.

i love falafel in a pita with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, black olives, lettuce, and onions.

for a side dish i like tabouli salad or couscous.

yum!!! its hearty and filling!!!
