Chicken breasts and Turkey... not fried and without the skin, Tuna, egg whites... a lot of protein. Try the protein shakes you'd make with recipes from the supplement stores.

As for your protien,,,,,chicken, fish, egg whites, high protein drinks. Starches are limied to rice, and a yam on occasion. Lots of fresh veggies. Drink AT LEAST a gallon of water a day.
