Madrass every time, I wouldnt dream of walking into an indian and ordering a Korma. What is the point????
Besides it looks like baby sh!t.
Ive got one for ya??? Do you like curry better the morning after?? Because you couldnt manage the 3 currys & 3 portions of samosas you bought the night before ?

I've had many good madrases, many awful ones, but never a great one. When I lived in Edinburgh, I used to visit a place that specialised in kormas. Some of the tastiest food I've ever eaten; rich and complex and with a huge hit of almonds. That said, a bad korma is far worse than a bad madras - there's just so much more that can go wrong when you add the yoghurt and cream. Nowadays, I'm in the heart of balti country, and I can't get enough lamb balti jalfreezi. There's a large handful of chillies in every portion, but the heat is worth it: so-o-o tasty.

I take alot of spicy curries but if given a choice I do go for Kurmas once a while.
The blend of spices and yoghurt-y base works as a perfect sauce for papadoms, gravy over rice even a pleasant dip for chapatis and parathas - definitely a suitable dish to prepare or serve as it caters to people of all ages and spice-tolerant levels.

Korma. Madras is way to spicy. Rogan Josh is the best.

I don't know about you, but the korma I always get is hot as hell.
And I love it. So, I'm not sure how to answer here.
