What happens when you do any type of excercise it will tend to lower your sugars. When you are going to do that, exercise, or whatever, eat a graham cracker, peanut butter cracker, something to keep your sugar energy levels up. Do that about 15 minutes before you do anything like that. This will happen most all the time if you don't and that can be dangerous to you for it happening all the time. The liver would take over and dump sugar into your blood stream but it can be dangerous, driving, you coudl fall and hurt yourself, etc... and it can damage your organs, and put you into a diabetic coma as well.. take care... good luck.
See a doctor to check if you need a change in meds..

yes it is low blood sugar. categorized Hypoglycemia and this means that u must eat more to maintain a health homeostasis.eating five meals a day "small meals" should balance it out. check with your doctor but I'm pretty sure u r hypoglycemic.your doc should have a diet plan and eating schedule for u, u should carry a piece of candy with u all the time now so when u feel faint eat it or drink a Pepsi the sugar content should bring u back to normal. good luck.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/CVhUv
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

Make sure you eat small amounts little and often to keep your blood sugar at a regular level. Don't binge on unhealthy, sugary foods as that will just make you feel worse when you come down. If at all possible, avoid doing overtly strenuous activity unitl the test results come back, until you have a medical-based solution. Might be worth spekaing to your doctor in the meantime, though.

A low blood sugar can be a very frightening experience and a very normal one for a diabetic. It is VERY important that you learn to recognize the symptoms. In fact panic can be one of the symptoms.
You want to treat a low blood sugar right away with 15 to 20 grams of a fast acting carbohydrate.
Go to the sites below for a quick lesson on symptoms, prevention and treatment of low blood sugars.
And good luck!

Have something sugary but have some carbohydrates too, like a sandwich or a couple of biscuits. The sugar will be your sugar up quickly and the sandwich or biscuits will keep it up. Sugar leaves your system quicker (and may cause a headache), a glass or milk is always good to have as well

Maybe you should carry some fructose capsules with you. Saccarose will pump your level too high in no time and then you'll feel worse. Also check your blood pressure, it might be too low. That also causes fainting.
Relax and get well.

Those aren't even valid glucose readings. Normal blood glucose is approximately 100. Try again.
