I just had them last night LOL
Use them as you would use real chicken. I mixed it in with a vegetarian dish from Trader Joes but a stir-fry with veggies over brown rice would be great.
The Quorn website has great recipe ideas too : )
I dont understand why some people are saying bad things about Quorn. I've served it to meat eaters and they thought it was chicken.

I'm rubbish at cooking, but even i can make so many different things with quorn chicken style. Pasta/Spaghetti is really good with quorn in it. Add some garlic, sweetcorn, mushrooms and a jar of ragu to the quorn once you've fried it, then add the whole lot to some pasta. Stir fries are easy too, with stir fry veg and some black bean sauce. Make a lasagne too with it. They are also nice eaten cold in a salad with lots of rocket and dressing etc. Have a look at the quorn website for more ideas too.

Whatever you make, I'd recommend leaving out the quorn chicken style pieces, it'll be nicer without them.
How about beans on toast?

Thread the Quorn pieces onto two, interlocked wire coat hangers - bingo, an instant mobile to brighten up a child's bedroom.
Quorn also comes in interesting packaging. if you re hungry, eat that instead.

I make a delicious pasta dish with cream and a touch of chilli!
Fry your onion and garlic, (and mushrooms if you like), add quorn pieces, add some water and cook them all down, pop your herbs and spices in (to taste), turn off heat and add cream (or creme fraiche if you're dieting), pour over pasta of choice, sprinkle with grated cheese and throw some basil leaves over the top. Bon appetite!
You could also try a chilli or a tomato-based pasta dish.

The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! Learn here https://tr.im/AVObf
As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!
