Two choices - you can take the little nasal suction thing that you used when he was a baby and use that on his nose to suck that meat out.
Or you can use some salt water a dropperful in his nose, and it will clear it out. He will probably sneeze it out and/or it will go down the back of his throat.

My cousin lodged carrots up her nose unbeknownst to her parents. The parents discovered this weeks later when they took her to the doctor for her chronic bad breath! My best friend took her son to the doctor for his earache, and they found raisins shoved in there. There are many interesting places for those little ones to hide their dinner...take your son to the doctor to make sure the food has been dislodged. It can rot in there and cause other problems. Welcome to parenthood :)

It will come out, as long as he is crying, or talking or anything, he can breathe. He will probably cough or sneeze it out soon. Call your doctor if your worried.
