chicken liver- i don't really like it.
cow's brain is great, a mushy but tasty, heheheh...
snails, caviar, chicken legs, raw octopus (could hardly swallow it, yucks!), cow's lungs (tastes good when fried), fish head (mostly snappers), etc.
but what i love best is durian.

That's easy! I was in London and got to go to Chef Gordon Ramsay's restaurant PETRUS! We tried the tasting menu which is whatever the chef feels like making that night.One of the courses was a Veal Sweetbread. Sweetbreads are COW GLANDS.Another course was Confit Foie Gras(DUCK LIVER).VERY Fancy and VERY $$$$$$

In the Philippines I ate meat on a stick for nearly a year. I thought it was pork, and then I found out it was dog. I did not stop eating it.

the one i was conscious about: fried frog legs in lemon butter sauce along with several shots of absolut vodka with a lemon twist. the one i didn't know of: dog meatballs in tomato sauce (i was around 7 or 8 yrs old then)

tripe which is cow intestine ( i did not know this), clams (ate as a kid but hate it now), lobster (i don't love it) , crabs (the best), mussels (disggusting), scallops (bland) , and goat ( i am still scared to eat it). oh i had tried sushi and it is horrible.
