You can put a piece of lumber (say a 2" x 4") under both of the legs on that end. More if needed. It also helps to make a slot or square/round cut-out for the bed leg to go into.
This is easier than raising the bed with, say, wooden blocks. They bed tends to fall off these.

I also have tried a triagnular back wedge, but I found I did not have good results sleeping. It was just too much.

Go to Bed, Bath & Beyond or Linens & Things & get furniture lifts. They are blocks of wood, or plastic that you can put furniture on to lift it. They come in different heights & wood or plastic. The wooden ones are very nice & are 3" or so & very easy to stack. I have them under my bed.

my parents used a brick under the legs of their bed and it worked wonderfully for years.
