They make them at the grocery store, Costo, Sam's Club, BJ's.
It's pretty standard now, they don't cost much more than a regular b-day cake.

It depends on the size of the cake you want, they usually charge an extra $10 for the picture. So if you order a $30 cake it'll cost you $40 with the pic. You can get it any almost any bakery now, just ask your local bakery.

Here in the UK most medium to large supermarkets with a bakery section can do it in a few minutes, and it doesn't really cost much. You take in a photo - or a memory card with a jpg on it and away they go.

I'm assuming that the same must be true in the US.

As an ex cake decorator for grocery chains( SAHM now), you can have it done at most grocers bakeries. They are not much more than if you had ordered a decorated cake from one of their books. Hope that helps. It is pretty customary to have it done almost anywhere now. Good Luck!

Most grocery stores with a bakery dept are equipped for this ... if they can do it in Alaska they can do it anywhere

unless you took the pic, you will have to get a copyright release to have the pic placed on anything, even a cake...WM has release forms and the cakes cost about $20

stores can do it you jus have to bring in the picture. I would say it would be any where between 16-25 $ depends on size.

Not too expencive just go to your local grocery store and they should be able to put one on there.
