Veggie burger, I am in the Middle East now and they have this dip called humous. It is made out of chic peas, which have been soaked in water to loosen the skin. Crush it and saute it with garlic, onion and olive oil. You may add, minced, thyme and basil and salt and white peper. It is served in a mustard like consistency. You can top it on your veggie burger. Another idea is to roast eggplant and get that smoky flavor. Peel the eggplant and fork the vegetable to come up why a pulp consistency, add salt and pepper and if you have dried chilly flakes, sprinkle it. Use olive oil to dispurse the flavors all tru the mixture, then top on your veggie burger.

Well to tell you the truth, I can't stand veggie burgers, I've tried them a few times and found them very dry, and so I had to add a lot of BBQ sauce just to eat them.
I have found a solution though, meatless burgers!
Meatless burgers are mostly Tofu and breadcrumbs and taste pretty much like a regular burger, but a lot less meaty tasting.
Don't get confused, veggie burgers and meatless burgers are not the same thing.
9 out of 10 meat eaters can't tell the difference!

Try this - sliced onion, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, cheese and tomato sauce. You can also add mayonnaise if you wish, yum.
