Yes, HPV is spread through skin to skin contact. So, even with a condom on the whole time, there will be parts of the female running against the males genital region and vice versa. Always talk to your partner about their sexual past before having sex. It may be an awkward conversation, but if your not ready for the conversation, you're not ready for the sexual intercourse.

HPV is spread via skin-to-skin contact. If you put the condom on before ANY skin-to-skin contact in the genital area then the likelihood of transmission is low. However, if you had skin-to-skin contact and only put the condom on before intercourse, then you have placed yourself at risk for HPV. Remember, an HPV outbreak isn't always visible to the naked eye.

absolutely, and you may not know if she is currently having an outbreak, so plz talk to your partner before intercourse. Granted it is safer with a condom, but not 100% against things like herpes, HPV, etc.

Using condoms or latex barriers may provide some protection but may not cover all infected areas.
