The American diabetes Association has a link for the complete guide to carbohydrate counting on its site under dirt and nutrition. Carb counting can be done by reading labels on your food serving size and carb count. Basic rule of thumb is 1/2 cup fruit 15 carbs, read your bread labels different breads vary.
