Yes, cinnamon can help diabetics reducing the blood sugar and the lipids
There has been a study reported in the magazin "Diabetes Care" that proved that cinnamon reduces blood sugar and blood lipids.
Already one gramm of cinnamon reduced the concentration of blood sugar by about 25 %.
The LDL was reduced by 7 to 27 %, the lipids were reduced even by 30 %.
The effect vanished when the consumption of cinnamon ended.

No !!! But thank you very much !!!! A very good friend of mine has diabetes, and my husband has high blood pressure !
So now I have a good excuse for more cinnamon toast, which O love anyway !!!

I have heard of it & I tried it but it did not help with lowering the BS for me. I also have HBP and high cholesterol but it has not helped with anything for me, & continue to use it but for the taste. try it it won't hurt you

yes i did .. i use cinnamon with lemon tea when i get cold .. it helps get better quick... i think cinnamon is very good alternative to antibiotic medicines..
