What a great question. I've been wondering that myself.
I tried it a couple of times when they first opened up nearby a few years back. I liked it so much I never went back. I think a good burger ought to be juicy. Their's tasted like cardboard. I think fries ought to be cruncy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Theirs were just limp and greasy.
I have friends who swear they're the best. I can't see what they see.

When they came to AZ, people lined up in droves for them. Now I pass by and the place is nearly always slow.
When I tried it, the burgers were so-so, but the frys were way undercooked (I hate that). I thought it might have just been a bad day, but I had the same experience another time and others have also told me that the frys are always undercooked.

The best? No, not the best, but dang good. When I first tried the fries, I thought they tasted like cardboard, yuck. However, they've grown on me quite a bit, and I look forward to them now.

Its the best, I live in Florida but when I'm "out west" I make a point of going there. Sadly, I read the founder just died.
