Is there any relation? Does it make it more common for top heavy women to have diabeties?

no it runs in the family and if you have a histroy of it

a friend of mine said this to me that diabetics have a body appearance like this large abdomen small thin arms and skinny legs and she could pick them out in a crowd in most cases she was correct but it was not only women but men as well.
