No one knows exactly where HIV/AIDS came from. They know that there are similar viruses (SIV) to HIV in chimpanzees and other monkeys but they don't know why HIV all the sudden appeared in the 1900's...
Scientists theorize that maybe SIV jumped from monkeys into human and mutated into HIV.... It could have crossed into humans that were hunting the monkeys. Hunting monkeys is a very violent thing, the monkeys tend to resist ofcourse and the hunters tend to get scratched and hurt. The scratches could have been an entry way for the virus....
Another possibility is that during the time of the Polio Virus Vaccine developement they were using monkeys to develope another version of the vaccine (we don't use this version in the U.S). This version of the vaccine was supposed to be cheaper and easier to administer (by mouth). Some people suspect that when they were developing this vaccine the SIV got mutated and passed onto the people that were vaccinated.... This has NOT BEEN PRoven but it IS a possibility..

ANYWAYS ...No one knows where or why exactly HIV came from... There are many people that think it was cooked up by the government. I think this is a little paranoid. If there is one thing we know about infectious viral diseases is that they DO NOT exclude any kind of race or sex. SO that would have been a VERY stupid government. Don't you think?

AIDS has been around for a long time, it wasn't created, they just didn't know what it was...people were just getting sick and dying. And if you really think about it, if AIDS were only being spread through the gay population, why is the majority of people who have it straight? People just need to protect themselves and use condoms EVERY TIME they have sex, gay or straight!

It wasn't created.

And if effects more than just the gay population so how could it CONTROL them?

In most places in africa 60% of the people have aids. It's an epidemic affecting many, not just gays.

Man I tell you what! you might think I'm crazy but I think aids were created by the government to control the earth population, you see I think that HIV the virus that gives you aids its not what makes you sick, what makes you sick is the treatment that eventually kills you. I saw on TV a doctor from Argentina who believe so. But I'm not 100% sure. I was reading some thing about that to on www.the forbiddenknowledge.com

I think AIDS was meant to destroy homosexual men and drug addicts, because this world is terrified by both. Especially by Gay men, who often have enough money to get politicians on their side. I also think that it was a very paranoid thing to do. Whoever is responsible for the AIDS epidemic is one or many very sick individuals.

Sorry to break it to you, but its not only gays who get HIV/AIDS, the number of heterosexuals infected last year, outnumbered the number of gays infected.

Anyway, who would want to 'control' them, I'd rather control the homophobes.

Yes, you're absolutley right. AIDS was invented in some labratory by a mad scientist intending to kill all homosexuals.
Congratulations, you're officially an idiot!
