It might not be an STD, it could just be an infection like BV or a UTI. Both can be treated with antibiotics.
I had this happen about a month ago with my fiance. Turns out I had got a UTI which turned into a bladder infection.
If it really is bothering you, it's probably a good idea to see a doctor and they can run some tests and see what's going on.

Yeah girl you were stupid, but it happens to us all, sometimes, go get tested for everything and pray for the best, next time dont screw up.
