Ghosts appears in the form black figures or white figures with the features of a normal human due to the fact that they were once human. While some others appear as themselves -> their own looks n features when their still alive.

Stand in front of your dressing table. Turn off the room lights. Hold a torch below your chin facing upwards and turn it on. You can see the Ghost in the mirror.

They look like a see-through guy in an old Confederate soldier uniform that calls himself General Beauregarde and haunts my house and won't leave me the f* alone.

They are everywhere but you can't see them. They look like human beings but their faces are rotten. They don't scare people like in the movies.

In cantonese chinese, "gwai" means ghost/foreign. Gwai-Lo is in reference to "Foreigners", so it basically means anyone that is not asian. What do "ghost" look like, I guess to chinese, anyone that is non-asian.
