Dedicate yourself to many years of study and reading of hard to understand books. Failing that, simply dress up and pretend. Those are the two genuine options open to you.
I am an Occultist and have been for many years. I have Witches in my family that stretch back to the 13th century but even I had to spend years learning.
If you don't enjoy school, you won't enjoy the life of a Wizard.

Take it to the RSPCA. it relatively is lost and the owner is finding for it in any different case it could have a huge gamble of being accompanied via a sparkling proprietor who can look after it. Please do no longer scare the cat, that's a shame and it would ask your self why you took it in and fed it then acted badly in direction of it.

is your mind or brain in perfect order? is it working perfectly? magic is something that you read about in those storybooks like lord of the rings and maybe harry potter. there's no magic in reality. so i suggest you get your brain checked.
