who created such concepts to control people and put fear in them so that they would always do as their told in accordance to a bunch of made up doctrines from man written books?

Your're right. People whouldn't be motivated by fear. That's the biggest scam in christianity today! What about the love for Jesus? Where has that gone among christians? If they lack motivation of love, then they're plain hypocrites! Hell, in my belief is simply a permanent death, while heaven is after one resurects (not when they're dead of course! How can dead people enjoy heaven?). Love is a good motivation for anything nice, but you don't need do be a "christian" by name to understand that.

If that's really how you feel then why ask the question. If you really believe that both are made up nonsense then what worries you? I generally worry about things that I believe might happen. In the end(death) we will all find out if our beliefs were truth or fiction, won't we.

i do believe that there is hell. it is not someting that pops up from anybody's mind or imagined by anyone. it is not created to instill fear in others. i do not think it is a bunch of made up doctrines either. so my guess is you do not have any foundation in the belief that there is a divine power.

you DONT need to worry about make-believe religious stuff except ....
you need to worry about people around you that believe it. they are the ones that will cause trouble for you, taunt you because they disagree with you and think your beliefs are sick, persecute you because they think you are deluded and evil..... yes, this is why you should worry. get away from them and seek your own people! surround yourself with people that love the same values you do, and keep away from those that will suck the energy out of you.
