this is due to weight gain and I'm much more comfortable at 100lbs and even lower. I don't tend to get that bony look just because my bone structure can accomodate for lower weights.

So i guess question: how much lower can i afford to weigh at 5"2 and "small built" while still being healthy. I eat healthily, but recently because of the weight gain there has been a bit more of "crap" in my diet: french fries, ice cream and whatnot...
HELP!

My daughter is the same height and weight and she is perfectly shaped. Stopped obsessing that you need to be smaller. Just do what you can to eat healthy and enjoy life. If you know your shouldn't be eating "crap" then don't. But do not stress yourself out.

When your 47 like me then you might find you need to watch your weight more but gracious your setting yourself up for worrying about this at your age.

The media portray's the essence of beauty as a scrawny waifer thin person as being the most beautiful but that isn't true. Curves are what woman are suppose to have not skin over bones. You are perfect so go out and enjoy your day and smile "Miss Perty"
