How did you find out that she's your biological sister? --Actually, I'm assuming that you mean "half-sister." But anyway, I'm pretty-sure that this means that your marriage is automatically annulled in almost any state that you live in, even though you married a blood relative in all innocence.
If I were you, then I'd see a lawyer, just to find out what the legal status of your marriage is. If you can't afford a lawyer, then go to Legal Aid, OK?
In any case, do not have children--no matter what you do! If there are any bad recessive genes running in your family, then it's far more-likely to come out in the kids in an incestuous relationship--which is one of the main reasons why incest is illegal and why such marriages are invalidated/annulled.
P.S. Even if you hadn't been lied to about your dad being dead and all, this sort of thing probably happens more than people want to think about. I mean, what about all of the kids that were born from sperm bank donations? It's entirely possible for the children of the same sperm bank donor to meet, fall in love, marry, and have kids. You just never know sometimes!

I am so sorry this happened to both of you,great sex is not all that a relationship has to offer,you cant stay married to your sister,this is not fair to her nor you and reproduction will be a serious problem,you can still love her,even more than you do right now,but it will be in a different way,if you continue this,it will only hurt you and her even more in the long run not to mention if you ever had children the devistation this would bring them,it is up to you to straighten this mess out so do it,you yourself already knows what you have to do

You should divorce. Also, I thing that legally you marriage can be annulled.
Staying together you would have to face condemnation of people around you. I know that it wasn't your fault, but now you know and you shouldn't stay together.
Also, you have to think about children. Usually, children of close blood-related parents have a lots health problems (physic and physical)
