this is due to weight gain and I'm much more comfortable at 100lbs and even lower. I don't tend to get that bony look just because my bone structure can accomodate for lower weights.
So i guess question: how much lower can i afford to weigh at 5"2 and "small built". I eat healthily, but recently because of the weight gain there has been a bit more of "crap" in my diet: french fries, ice cream and whatnot...
HELP!

Please don't go under 100lb, it's just not necessary. I'd suggest checking your body fat percentage:

You can try all three of the methods for women. You will need to find measurements for the circumference of the following:

waist
hips
forearm
wrist
neck

Also you will need to add your weight and height.

Below I have listed the results for the various percentages. If you are between 20% and 24%, you are ideal and do not need to lose weight. Unless you are a serious athlete, you do not need less than 20% body fat.

Athletes14-19%
Ideal 20-24%
Acceptable 25-31%
Overweight 32%+

I'm the same height and also have a small frame and weigh 113 lbs and frankly..100 lbs would be too thin. 110 is perfect for your height.

Your weight sounds good to me. What is more important is your health. If you are healthy, stay the weight you are. If you find that you are becoming overly-conscious about your weight, talk to your doctor. I would not want you to develop one of those eating disorders.

Healthy is more important than thin! Learn to be happy with "you" regardless of weight and enjoy life!

You shouldn't be under 100 lbs. 100-115 is good for 5'2.
