Im a medical technologist with MT(AMT). are there some hospitals accepts AMT certification only since some requires MT(ASCP) or CLS (NCA)?

For all tests take into consideration time, and whether you will double check your answers as you go versus afterwards based on what your progress rate is. You have to re-familiarize yourself with the questions if you do so afterward. Also, check if they have a deduction for wrong answers to penalize those who run out of time and guess at the remaining answers.
