Seriously the fastest way is to have as many one night stands as possible, and then one of them will turn into a relationship if you try hard enough. Then the relationship will be jump started .

Well if you move too fast then she'll think you're needy, so don't over do it. Stay away from sluts, go to a library and you'll find women who care more about relationships and less about having sex. You're clearly looking for a so called "nice girl", so you need to go to places that are nice girl magnets. Try churches, bookstores, healthfood stores, and do volunteer work. Stay away from clubs, bars, tanning salons, tattoo parlors, beaches, and colleges.

stop trying so hard to get one, go out expose yourself to new experiences and places, find activities you enjoy and do them, stop in hole in the wall places by yourself (that way you are forced to speak to new people, the more ya do it the easier it gets) the more you look and look the more ya miss
