Did u ever see a b4 and after picture of an ugly woman?
At first she is just plain
But then she puts on cosmetics and becomes an edible
creature that you cannot take your eyes off of.
Well the same is with pizza
You can take a store bought pizza and redo it yourself to have
the pizza of a lifetime.
Get the pizza you like and smother it in cheese
or add sliced tomato and mushrooms to it
and spices as well, with pepperoni
All you need is the foundation and the rest you can
master if you try. Pizza is all about who makes the best crust
once a person becomes the master of crust
Then he becomes the Master builder
And when that happens
pizza will never be the same
because you can add an inch
of what it is you cannot get enough of

Try this at home. Get some pita bread (flat, Lebanese, whatever it's called where you are), and lightly brush it with Extra Virgin olive oil. Get yourself some beautifully ripe tomatoes, cut them in 1/4s and remove all the seeds and water. Then chop finely. Crush some garlic and roughly chop some Kalamata olives and add them to tomatoes. Add Extra Virgin olive oil, salt and freshly ground mixed peppercorns, and a splash of Balsamic vinegar and mix thru' tomatoes. Smear over pita bread. Randomly place torn bocconcini, Proscuitto, and basil leaves over the top. Cook at 220 degrees Celcius for 10-12 mins, and serve cut into 1/4s. These are so quick and tasty, you'll never ever think of ordering cardboard take-away again. Remember, don't overpack the pizza. Let all the ingredients shine. Bon appetit!

it is sad that none of you have any idea what pizza is supposed to taste like. Pizza Hut????? Domino's?????? That isn't even remotely close. The best pizza is most likely, but not always, found at the "little Italian joint" around the corner. We all have one of those in our neighborhoods. Freshly made dough, long simmered sauce with oregano and garlic spices extra REAL mozzarella cheese with lots of pepperoni, when you hold it the tip hangs down and you have to lift it above you mouth to catch the cheese drip, now thatsa a gooda pizza!!!!

There's a place in the Halifax outskirt town of Spryfield, known as Thornhill Groceteria. This place has been in existence since 1968, and you haven't eaten pizza until you've tried one of their vegetarian offerings. Do you want the phone number?
