After 3 years with the same woman I'd want something new. Go get a make-over, buy some new underwear. If you thought about getting any body mods, tatoos, boob job, plastic surgery, now would be a great time. Men like sexual gifts because our self-esteem is tied to our preformance as lovers. Do something that reminds him how much he turns you on.

your present doesn't need to be expensive...iy only needs to be filled with love and affection...a simple kiss and hug is enough to show that you love him very much...but if you really want to give him something special, then give him a locket(lockets are not only for girls...)...put your picture on it...it will make him remember you always...
