ok im 16 & i met the boy through this internet mentoring thing 4 our GCSE's & we kind of got talking & things went on from there ive known him bout 4months now

Depends on how old he is.
If he's below that age of 30, then probably not!

in all honesty it depends where he wants the relatinship to go after he sauid it to you. if you arent sleeping together yet and all of a sudden he wants to then i would say no; he doesnt mean it. but if your already sleeping together and have been in the relationship a while then yes theres a strong possibility that he means it. have you met each other or is this simply an internet things? if its only an internet thing so far then it sounds like infatuation or a huge crush.but always consider if a man has an alterior motive by saying 'i love you' to you; dont just go all saggy at the knee's!

I do... depending on the how long, how far, and how deep our relationship is. If it's all 3... and he really means it, then yes, I will believe him.
But if it's a guy friend... say, you met him only once and you two started hanging out after a few days and then he suddenly comes up to you and says he loves you.. then nope.
I don't know what your situation is but, not all guys are loyal or honest. They may say they love you but, actually, they're just a player and what not. So just becareful and think things through.

Yes he loves loves you. As long you don't give in. Don't let him make you change your mind. Keep saying NO to SEX. He might just looking for sex. Than he drop you like a rock.
I should know somewhat. We had this young guy at work. He would get a lot of phone numbers and date a girl. Than after they had sex. He drop her and went to the next one. He did it to my friend. She talk about him how nice he was and he was the one. They had sex and within 24 hours he was gone.

The best advice I can give you is to listen to the song "Paradise by the dashboard light" by Mr M,eat. Loaf esq.
He deals with the intriquaces of love, life, and if to give it up for the words....I love you.
Oh, and speaking as someone who has fallen in love (wife) I can safely say, If you have to wonder, you probably aint. And unfortunately you can force it... good luck xx

If you want to believe him - then believe him. It may be THE relationship, if you want it to go on....you have to trust. But don't let it change your position stay firm in what you do.
If you don't believe him, then still go out and have fun... he may turn out to be a lifelong friend.
If you don't trust him, you think he's trying to win you over to get his own way, then act with great caution, or better still, dump him. Trust your inner reactions - you are more intuitive than he is (women are) your inner feeling tell you what to do.

Not easy to say. Some guys mean it, but are thin on the ground. At your age group it usually is not usually love, more like a very deep feeling that doesnt last.

IT REALLY DEPEND ON A LOT OF THINGS, THE AGE IS
A MAJOR CONCERN FOR ME, HE MAY JUST BE SAYING
WHAT HE THINK YOU WANT TO HEAR, I WOULD NOT PUT
MUCH STOCK IN ANYTHING RIGHT NOW, IT ONLY BEEN

You need to give more info on the situation, if the guy said it was love without any or little rapport/knowing the woman it cant be serious.
For it to be love, it needs to be long term and there has to be something there.
