does anyone know how i can get muscle pecs not to big jus the right size without going to the gym
i got weights at my home if tht any help
i got the eight pak going on jus need pecs now
im only fifteen and dont want to over excercies and aint got th money for the gym

just put a bit of weight on and do 100 press ups a day the fat will turn 2 muscle n u will be bigger. that deffo works thats wot i do.

First of all doing trunk twists with your arms extended outward in never going to develop your pecs.This works the abdominal and lumbar regions and someones obviously been listening to some quack trainer at their local Y.
Doing bench press with a moderately heavy weight and low reps after you've warmed up properly should cause some hypertrophy.Do at least ten work sets (this excludes warm ups) one time per week and keep your protein intake high to aid in recovery and remain lean.
Doung about 4 sets of push ups after your bench work will help tone and deplete glycogen stores in these muscles.Once your body becomes accustomed to needing more stored fuel (glycogen) you will store more in these regions thus volumizing the muscles a bit as well as growing new muscle.
Once you feel that you've built up enough muscle you can back off of the heavy weight a bit but you must continue to work out and consume enough protein.
Adding some bent over barbell rows will help keep tone in your back muscles keeping your shoulders back a bit and giving your chest more of that wide look rather than a bulky look.You didn't say if you have dum bells or not but if you do then lay on your bench and do a few sets of flyes at the very end of your work out.
Make sure that you train all body parts to develop a balance build and good strength everywhere.Don't be one of these guys that everyone giggles about at the beach with a good upper body supported by two tooth picks.You didn't express a disire to supplement but if this interests you look at my best answers for training and supplementation tips.Good luck to ya!

Stand up straight, and stretch your arms out to the sides (make a T shape) and swing your arms from side to side, keeping them horizontal. Do about a 5 minutes worth with breaks morning and night

i'd say just start doin push ups and bench pressing. you can do it with dumbbells if you dont have a bar

use cans from kitchen or dumb bells
