well... actually they cannot have if something hasnt gone very wrong with their genes and a person has been an albino from his birth. If the Chinese or Japanese want to be blonds they have to dye their hair with haircolor. Normally their hair is black.

yes. i've seen loads. though usually it ain't 100%. but extreme bleaching and dying can do the trick, but your tresses may be damaged badly.

for light colours, because our hairs are naturally dark, you'll have to bleach, then dye the blond colour over. best to go to a salon to get blond hair done.

also, instant light results can be derived by using 'acid colour' hair dyes. e.g. bright red, orange, shocking pink, neon green, blue, yellow, blonde. but you'll need good hair treatment.

Blond hair occurs naturally in humans of all ethnicity, but at such low rates that it is hardly noticeable in most populations. In certain European populations, the occurrence of blond hair is more frequent, leading to the misguided impression that blondness is a European trait..........................

rare, but one of my best friends (she's full chinese) has light brown hair with blonde highlights, naturally. its from swimming and sun exposure all the time (she's very active and spends so much of her time at the beach/pool all year long). its so weird because her parents have completely black hair and hers looks so different yet is natural

You know it must happen on occasion.

Haven't you ever seen a white bison/buffalo? 99.9% are brown but every once in a while one is born white.
