can anyone please tell me what it does to your hair exactly? and who else has gotten it? what do you think of the results? is it ok to hot oil after a different hair treament like relaxing, rebinding, or regular hair straightening?

Don't do anything directly after a chemical treatment. Hot oil just coats your hair until the next time you wash it. I used to use it, until I found better products and that it really doesn't do much for the long haul. It's better to go into a salon and ask what they use for deep heating treatments. If it is top of the line products such as Paul Mitchell, Matrix. Joico, Aveda and they put you under heat for 20 - 30 minutes, that's what you want. Do it monthly.

Hot oil is a conditioner not a process so you can do it after any chemical process. It makes your hair softer and shinier. If you use the right oil you can prevent dandruff. I recommend olive oil mixed with shea butter or jojoba oil.

well it adds oils 2 ur hair that hair treatments take out i would also try some proteins. u always hear eggs beer or mayo. these all can work see protein is gr8 4 the hair. also try rain water will really soften ur hair
