Safe in what way?
Safe for the environment? Not if you are going to use disposables.
I am medially incontinent and wear diapers 24 / 7. I only use cloth. Everyone talks about how disposable baby diapers clog our landfills, can you imagine what it's like when diapers 4 times that size go into the landfill?
Cloth is much more comfortable and laundry isn't really that big a deal. If you have the choice, go with cloth, much cheaper and much more comfortable in the long run. I know.

I guess it wouldn't hurt any, I wonder why I never thought of that. I hate having those leaks too, drives me crazy, mostly at night though. I don't know about wearing adult diapers during the day though, people would notice. During the day try a super or reg tampon and one of those ultra thin normal flow pads (you know the thin ones that absorb like the fat ones do), thats what I do on my heavy days. When you're awake you have more control on preventing the leaks and you aren't laying down for as long.

Yes, they are safe. Just make sure you buy good quality products instead of bargain brands. This is one area where you really do get what you pay for.

Your question is very vague. They are very safe, but you would need to be more specific in order to have this question answered accurately. Are you concerned about leakage?

What do you plan to use them for? firestarters? mops? spare tires? coin purse? dog leash? radiation shielding? fans? spoons? bait? identification? novelty kazoo warmers?
Some of those things would be perfectly safe usage.

Yes..choose the hypoallergenic ones though. I know people use them during menstrual cycle (heavy flow) and they are fine with it. God bless!
