may be her's is very sensitive. and be patience at that time to a little extent.

may be its is her hymen which has been ruptured, but it should give a few drops of blood but not more..
i am not sure, what you know about menstruation, or the period bloods...because if it continued for so many days it might be a period.
if not, congrats, she is avirgin, whose hymen you had just broken into.

Was she having her period? If so, that could be the source of the blood. If not, then she should go to the doctor because she might have been injured during intercourse.
