i read God said that non-muslims will despise and misunderstand muslims till the end of the world. do u?

just asking...my penpal is a muslim in US and she said its hard when ur taught to respect other religions, when other religions misunderstand her as a terrorist. she wears a scarf/hijab to cover her head and many have made fun of her. i pity her because she is a very nice girl.so i was wondering y is she being stereotyped like that...any answers?

Great question.It may have something to do with the 9/11 because Osama Bin Laden had made an attack right.May be since then people do not believe in Muslims and think that any Muslim is a Terrorist and are untrustable.Well about the Hijab/scarf,i have seen some people here in U.K wear them but its just normal for people like me and the society to accept them as Muslims and not Terrorists.There are people who do not take the matter as a Terrorist thing but just to make fun out of someone for time pass perhaps.Well this is my answer,if still someone disagrees,try to send a better answer than me.This questions like a Debate.Once more a great question.According to the source may be people do not believe in Allah and Islam.

well it has always been that way since the start. im not blamin all of u, but there r some who just dun wanna listen. some people carry a very bad disease called hate with them so beware of such people. they will always try to create mischeif among 2 good freinds.

well if a nun covers herself from head 2 toe, the she is practising her faith.
but if a muslim woman wears purdah, she is opressed.

when a western woman is a stay at home mom, she is sacrfifing her life for her family.
but when a muslima does that, she needs to b liberated.

1. The misunderstanding of all of us creates such problems, irrespective of religion. I mean to say more precisely that not only non-muslims have understood incorrectly but more is the problem is with those who try to become the GOD FATHER of a religion whether Islam or other. Osama calls it "Jihad" but what is he doing - is killing innocent people. Does it mean Islam is incorrect? No the problem is with understanding of Laden (Osama Bin).
2. The misunderstanding occurs with other issues as well, like reading something and drawing a conclusion what we want to conclude. So, even though Mohommad supported wars, but we need to understand that he was pro wars because in that era he was dealing with tribes and in near history he saw/heard a prophets killing (Jesus) so to propogate his messages (Gods messages) he had to become a warrior.
And people like Osama has considered that for Islam it is important to kill non-muslims. This misunderstanding has to be wiped out from such fandamentalists.

So, the whole world has to learn that there are misunderstandings which needs our attention thats it.

God loves all people muslim or not. Jesus died on the cross for all people whatever their creed or colour, sinners and saints. He wants all people to come to repentence and live in heaven with Him. The difference is He is a gentleman and He waits to be asked into people`s lives. He then comes into your heart by the power of His spirit and once you know Jesus loves you the truth is clear. There are no different faiths and church denominations in heaven only Believers - Christians - christs`ones. Anyone not believing this should ask Jesus into their life if He is not real nothing will happen will it!!!

I read in the cristian Bible that Jesus said the jews will be killed and abused in the times to come (nowadays).
So really i don't know why arab muslim are hated....... hmmm Maybe because their terrorist extremist? They hate each other too, did u know? (muslim shya and muslim suuni)....

And yes stereotypyng is bad---> many arab muslim are very decent nice people.
