Well, 111 seems just perfect for 5' 2", if not maybe a little on the skinny side...but you should know that fasting does not help you lose weight, especially not in the long run. You start doing that now and you will find that you will begin to start having weight problems, which I don't think you have yet. Your body will start to keep storing as much fat as it can to overcome the times when you starve it. Don't do it! If you need to tone, then exercise and eat a nutritionally full and balanced diet.

Assuming you have enough energy to live through those 5 days on water alone, I think you'll lose 2.5 per day

why would you do that for? your body needs water. after the 5 days are up, you would just gain all the weight back. that's stupid.

if your trying to loose weight. why a water fast ? you might loose a few pounds. most of the weight you want to loose is water weight.
