up, ateneo and ust have bachelor degrees in fine arts.

in ateneo, they mix art with techonology, so it isn't just about canvasses with paint. :D

You can go to (University of Santo Tomas) UST or (University of the Philippines) UP for that

michelle, better go to UST. UST lacks materials and all those stuffs needed for painting... UST has a lot of those.
