You HAVE to read 'Astral Dynamics' by Robert Bruce. It's the best book on the subject I've seen. He explains everything perfectly and gives so many great, easy methods. It's such a thorough book- he explains what it is, gives you pre exercises to do, explains actual methods in detail, tells you what you'll see when you get there, what to do, explains phenomena there, and much more. The book is divided into sections, so you can start reading wherever you want, although it's best to start at the beginning. You can get it at amazon.com for cheap. It's a must have. Yes... "Experiences Out of the Body" by Robert A. Monroe.
He was a poor soul who could not help but leave his body every time he went to sleep. He went through some good and bad experiences. He once even went outside an 'iron wall' that surrounds what he thought was our planet. Several times a pair of hands helped him through some bad experiences. Check it out, I loved reading that book.
