The guy i like is pretty busy. He likes me too. i was a bit anxious and made the first move to ask him out for movie. he was really not free and he said he can't go and watch. he knew i'll be mad at him. i was a bit mad though but later i knew he was really busy. i send him phone messages to show that i'm sory and care for him. but he did not reply me. why?

The "quality" of the phone message or the "right words" is not the key.
Ultimately, you have to meet his larger needs. Are you a person he wants to spend time with? Do you make him laugh? Do you enable the activities and goals he is pursuing? If you can answer those larger questions, he will be more considerate and communicate better.

I think he is not into you. I personally don`t forgive when somebody doesn`t answers my message because I know at some point he CAN answer it no matter how busy or occupied he is. Don`t fuss about it, he is not the only guy in the world. as you saw, he isn`t very polite, so I hope you will understand that you deserve somebody better. This is not how the relationship should start.

Hunny everything you've said he's done, screams out that he's just not interested. How do you know he likes you? If it's because you straight out asked him then of course he's going to say yes. Not many people have the confidence to break someone's heart to their face. You've asked him out - he said no. You've sent him messages - he doesn't answer. Can you honestly not see what that means? If a guy likes you he will make time to see you whether he's busy or not. Start looking for someone else coz it's not going to happen with this one. Give your heart to someone who wants to give you theirs back. Good luck and I hope you don't get too hurt.
