I am a guy, I am 20 years old. I really want to be a girl. I don't know how much more I can go on like this. My family and friends will probably disowned me. I don't know what to do. I think I am losing my mind. But I am to scared to tell them. I really need help. But I don't have any money to see counseling. what should I do?

you haven't told anyone yet, not even friends? i would start talking to friends before the family, usually people your own age react better than older ones... of course looking at some of the other answers here makes me wanna scream, how can one be so stupid? you must do what you feel is right and if you want to become a girl, go for it,it makes no sense to stay in a body you don't like or feel good in.i would tell friends and see how they react, maybe better than you think, and then maybe talk to the family afterwards, maybe even bring a friend to back you up... i wish you good luck and don't let any stupid person get you down.

Please think twice. You are just confuse about your gender. Seek help from a doctor or a church pastor. Which ever you are at ease.
Pray hard and ask God to remove the confusion in you. God only creates Male and Female in this world. If you are chosen to be a male, then just be happy with who you are.
Do you think if you turn to a girl you will live happily ever after ? Not really, you know!
Just to share a testimony which I saw in a TV program. There was a transgender (guy), told that if given a chance again he would not even think about becoming a girl. Coz, the trans-sexual surgical operation is really very painful.
He suffers for a year, lying on the bed prior he recovered fully as a girl.
Since then he lost urinal control. Would you want to be like him ?

Talk to your dad in private and ask him to help you, and stop looking at porn, and stop masturbating.
It is not natural or normal to want these kinds of things when you were born this way, and also ESPECIALLY since your spirit is male. You will be resurrected a male again anyway, so why waste the time and life and money and true happiness pretending to be something that you're not?
You just need an honest and moral sex-therapist, and there's nothing wrong with that.

Why would you be a girl,It takes a lot for the transformation, and i think its way too long.Why do you think you were created a man, there is a purpose for everything, be thankful for wat you are !!Be the best of your self, and you will find after all, its not worth it, would youthen go back to being male.
My dear you better do it best that way, You are fearfully and Wonderfully made, that way and its the best you can be..

easiest way would be to turn on the computer and say hey family come look at what someone said on the computer. And then they'll read it and before they comment say oh wierd it was me!
