good, you keep her wanting you, BUT if this is a constant thing and you can't perform then she will get it from someone else. She seems like a damn feen. Who the hell has sex for and hour. um if you did not satisfy her and thats why she wanted more then I would say that "no" was bad and try to figure out how to make the next hour more "productive" but if she was satisfied and just wanted more of you, I dont think no is that bad, but keep in mind alot of girls out there arent as into sex as alot of guys so choose carefully when you say no or it may bite ya in the butt when you want more sometime!
