The idea of only one person in the whole world is your true soul mate and love is a bit much. Look at the odds, over 2 billion people on earth and only one is right for you. There will be many that fit you idea for the one you love. The hard part is to say when you will devote all your attention to one person and not look for other possibilities. Yes, you can have love for more than one person, but if you want a lasting relationship, you have to limit yourself to just one.

You can fall in love with 1 people, 2, 5, 10, 100 people if you allow it. Lust & infatuation can be mistaken as love very easily for those who find them hard to differentiate.
Keep it to "LIKE" to minimize heartaches. And when you're sure you like this person & this same person likes you back, then go ahead to fall in "LOVE" with him.
If both likes you at the same time, search your heart to see whom you like most & more compatible with you for a longer time. Unless you just want short fun relationships without commitment & responsibilities.

it is possible to totally and fully in love with 2 people, but yes it is very possible and a more likely answer that your lusting or infatuated with 1 or both of them
