I've heard (I DON'T live in NY) that A.G. Elliot Spitzer (or however you spell it) is holding onto a nice lead. I'm surprised such a liberal state like NY has a republican governor. It shocks me.

The A.G. has the name recognition, so he'll probably get it.

Hillary. She will be in the background. Actually the question should be who will be the governor of NY City. We here in the other part of NY State don't have much say in state government. I wish the 17th amendment would be repealed so NY City would stop electing our Senators. I think also if he is elected our American Indian friends are going to raise havoc w/ him. Any one traveling across NY sate might want to traverse it through PA because I hear the western end of the NY Thruway will be closed for awhile.
