There is no simple way to reduce weight. It is hard work, self discipline, not taking in more calories than your body requires, and motivating yourself to exercise. Then when you accomplish the goal you set for yourself the really hard part begins.
Your fat cells will be screaming for more food, more sugar, more everything. If you can discipline yourself to not give in and the longer you maintain you weight, finally it will get easier. The cravings will subside, you will feel better, be healthier, and look great.

i tried b4
some ppl hav the kind of body that wun gain w8 while some wil easily.
im those whose cant gain nor loose easily but yet not the slim figure.
to reduce w8 best is eat more veges and more fruits. theres diet plan whereby u eat fruits and drink fruits and vege juices only.
my mum did it and she is slimmer but she did not take care of it well and her fats are back., so u shud learn how to maintain ur w8 too.

If you mean body weight, I think a moderate diet of healthy food and lots of good exercise.

Easiest way? Stop eating. Watch the movie The Machinist. Christian Bale got that skinny simply by not eating. He didn't diet he just didn't eat.

Watch your diet, no cold water, no soft drinks, no junk food,less carbo and sweets. Exercise, outdoor sports or recreation.

Weight loss occurs when you burn more calories than you consume. So, consume less (diet) and exercise (burn). Sounds simple, right?
